<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What Is It?</strong></p><p>The Women in Healthcare Mentorship Circle is a six week virtual experience designed to bring women together for meaningful conversation, professional growth, and authentic connection. Rather than a traditional mentor mentee hierarchy, this program follows a Lean In Circle style format where women learn from one another through guided discussion, shared experiences, and supportive dialogue.</p><p><strong>What You'll Experience</strong></p><p>Guided conversation around leadership, career growth, confidence, work life balance, and building meaningful professional relationships. She collaborates with individuals and families to create customized and actionable financial plans that can be implemented easily by breaking them into simple steps (and with the assistance of a professional partner). Sandy holds a master’s degree in Gerontology and specializes in elder care planning, allowing her to work with entire generations of families: older adults, their children, and grandchildren. Sandy is also trained to work with those going through any kind of stressful life and/or money transition, including those dealing with a death of a spouse, loss of a spouse due to divorce, loss or change of job, change of career, sale of a business, generational wealth transfers, etc.</p><p style="color: #222222; background-color: #ffffff; font-size: small; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Sandy has served three terms on the FPA of Michigan board, serving as Board President for three terms. She currently serves as the Board Chair for the Wayne State University Board of Visitors and serves on the BOV’s Endowment Committee, is Board Chair for the non-profit On the Wings of Angels and serves on the board for Universal Dementia Caregivers. She is a frequent speaker for the MICPA and other public and professional groups on elder care and retirement plan and financial planning topics.
