Karen Mooney

MD Anderson Cancer Center   

Karen serves as Associate Vice President of Facilities Planning, Design and Construction where her team manages strategic facilities planning for the organization as well as the implementation of the capital construction program. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Management and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Karen is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association.  While at MD Anderson she has been awarded “Best Boss” and has been a two-time finalist for the institutional mentoring award.
