Content: Wellness Challenge

The 30-day challenge involves these steps:
  1. Invest - attend the live kick-off call on August 30th at 5:30pm CST or you can participate on your own schedule via the saved recording.

  2. Let Go - detoxify your life and let go of one thing for 30 days. It could be a household chore you dread, a group of friends who cause you stress, or a commitment that makes you feel strained.

  3. Meditate - Participate in at least 4 of 6 pre-recorded 15-minute guided meditations led by Suzanne Bond. These powerful topics include: Cultivating Focus, Letting Go of Self-Judgment, The Power of Self-Compassion, The Kind Heart, Opening to Gratitude, and Expanding Your Joy.

  4. Celebrate - complete a survey at the end of the month and for everyone that completed the three steps above, you will be entered into a drawing where you can choose from one of these great prizes:

About Suzanne Bond

Suzanne Bond's calm, positive attitude made it easy for the National Programs Committee to curate September's Wellness Challenge; participants are sure to benefit from her meditations. 

Suzanne is a global thought leader in change management and organizational development. She has successfully coached CEOs, Boards, and Cabinet Officials around the world through complex large-scale organizational change involving tens of thousands of staff. Her programs in leadership development, mindfulness, and well-being cultivate flourishing for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Ms. Bond is an advanced mindfulness meditation practitioner and teacher with certification training through the University of California at Berkeley with distinguished teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She specializes in practices that cultivate access to joy and increase happiness. Participants in her programs report being 25% happier as measured by University of Pennsylvania Authentic Happiness Center testing instruments. She also serves as a meditation mentor and leads groups of mindfulness students and practitioners.
