Keynote Speaker: Lorraine Tallman, Founder & CEO of Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels:

Lorraine is the driving force behind Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels. Her experience in the pediatric cancer world sparked her lifelong devotion to advocacy and support for children and their families. She is committed to fulfilling her daughter, Amanda's wish to provide dignity and comfort to all children battling life-threatening diseases. Lorraine serves on the Family Advisory Council and Memorial Service Grievance Committee at Phoenix Children's Hospital. She was awarded the Phoenix Business Journal's Healthcare Heros Innovator Award in 2018, Edgar H Hernandez Humanitarian Award in 2019, was an Athena Award Nominee in 2020 and 2022, Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels was a finalist for the 2022 Greater Phoenix Chamber's Impact Awards. Lorraine was honored to be named a 2022/2023 Trendsetter, and she was named an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2023. 

Renee Hansen, Private Wealth Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC:

Renee has 32 years of experience providing comprehensive financial planning, including portfolio risk management, income strategies, retirement planning and insurance planning. She has a passion to help her clients define and pursue what is most important in their financial life by using a personalized approach offering holistic advice to build a lasting relationship. All individuals experience changes in their lives. Her focus is on helping her clients manage the four stages of transitions that accompany those changes with compassion and clarity.

Andrea Beaulieu, Authentic Leadership Coach:

As an executive speech coach, story performance and presentation skills coach and trainer and authentic leadership coach and trainer, Andrea bring her abilities as a speaker, writer and performer, and her background in leadership positions, to coach clients to bring greater presence, awareness and skill to all of their communications and actions. As an executive coach, she has worked with numerous professionals – individuals and teams -- who wanted to obtain greater clarity about their purpose, goals, strengths and challenges, bring forth their natural abilities and strengths, and strategize how to move forward with commitment and courage. At the core of much of this work has been supporting individuals to embrace their humanity and adopt a growth mindset which includes taking calculated risks. It involves learning the skills of communicating with intention, clarity, and respect.

As a professional speaker, she has spoken to diverse audiences including the Women in Intel Network, the American Academy of Family Physicians Women's Health and Physician Wellness Conference, Northern Trust Bank, and the Association for Financial Professionals of Arizona, among others. She has authored two books, Finding Your Authentic Voice, Seven Practices to Free the Real You and Find Love, Happiness and Fulfillment, and Ah Ha! 100 Flashes of Insight and Inspiration from Your Authentic Voice.

She is an ACC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation, is certified in Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Coaching/Facilitator and has received certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment, Neurolinguistic Programming from the Association for Integrative Psychology, and Facilitation Training from the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA). She has a coaching certificate in Transformational Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, is a coach with the global Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN) and is an Advanced Communicator Gold with Toastmasters International. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and vice chair of the Phoenix Sister Cities Grenoble, France Committee. 

These Moms Mean Business: Navigating a Career and Motherhood - Panel Discussion:

Whether you are in the depths of motherhood, thinking about having children, or looking for ways to support other women, this session will give you some tools to confront equity barriers, empower change in a continual male dominated workplace, and prove you can still "have it all." Join this panel event to hear three professionals from the Phoenix AEC industry discuss their experience building their careers, while balancing their role as moms to young children.

Tara uses her extensive background as an architect and spiritual life coach to help overwhelmed female entrepreneurs craft a vision, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and harness their inner strength to build a successful business.

Roxanne Alexander, USOA Ms. Arizona:

Roxanne was crowned United States of America's Ms. Arizona 2023 in January. She is from Mississippi and moved to Arizona nine years ago. Roxanne is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration. She is the Director of Operations at Northwestern Mutual's Scottsdale office and she owns her own Marketing company that helps plan and coordinate events. She is an advocate for Service Animals and Mental Health and is in the process of training her own service animal with trainers in Sedona, Arizona. In her spare time, she loves to travel and golf. She is a member of a nonprofit women's golf club in the valley that focuses on teaching women the rules of the sport and how to play golf. 

Mike Hayashi, Empowerment and Self-Defense Coach:

Mike Hayashi, 7th Degree Black Belt, and Master's in Education, has trained over 500,000 individuals through his live self-empowerment courses for confidence and protection. Mike's teachings have reached 10 Million internationally in settings that range from Universities to Fortune 500 companies including: Apple, BC/BS, ASU, Pepsi, & The Ritz Carlton.
