Feeling overwhelmed by your workload? Struggling to balance career ambitions with everything else life demands? You're not alone. Join us for an interactive workshop designed specifically for women in healthcare who are navigating burnout, industry uncertainty, and the challenge of sustaining both professional growth and personal wellbeing. In this session, we'll explore practical strategies for managing energy (not just time), maintaining career momentum during uncertain times, and creating boundaries that actually work. This isn't about doing more—it's about doing what matters most while taking care of yourself in the process.
