Our relaxation services for this year include:

• Chair Massages. Enjoy all the amazing benefits of a massage including stress reduction, enhanced mental clarity, muscle tension relief and increased energy levels with our on site chair massages. 
  
• Tula Yoga + Wellness. Join Tula Yoga + Wellness for 30-minute mini sessions that weave together mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and guided meditation. Each session is crafted to gently release tension, quiet the mind, and restore your energy—so you can move into the season feeling centered, calm, and supported. This practice is your invitation to slow down and care for yourself. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more ready to meet the holidays with ease.
