This evening brings together women across healthcare for a facilitated fireside conversation and small-group mentorship circles focused on leadership, career navigation, and lived experience. Designed to foster candid dialogue, peer learning, and meaningful connection, attendees will leave with practical insights—and a concrete next step—to support their professional growth.

The intent is for attendees to:
