The Women in Healthcare Mentorship Circle is a six week virtual experience designed to bring women together for meaningful conversation, professional growth, and authentic connection. Rather than a traditional mentor mentee hierarchy, this program follows a Lean In Circle style format where women learn from one another through guided discussion, shared experiences, and supportive dialogue.
