Join our Lean In Circle! A Lean In Circle is a small group of about 8 to 15 peers who come together to support, mentor, and learn from one another. These groups typically meet once a month for about an hour, either in person or virtually, at a time that works for everyone. The circle provides a safe and supportive space to share experiences, build new skills, and grow together using guided resources and discussions.

 To support professional and personal growth by providing valuable resources, strong relationships, and meaningful connections.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive community across the healthcare sector including design, facilities, construction, clinical, and operations where individuals feel supported and empowered to grow.

• Tuesday, 8/25 12-1 pm (virtual)
