In this interactive workshop, Adrianna Muñoz, MSN RN CNL, will break down the anatomy of a conflict-heavy conversation, helping attendees better understand:
• Psychological safety and its role in communication
• Preparing for difficult conversations before conflict escalates
• Strategies for engaging in productive dialogue
• Techniques for closing conversations effectively and professionally
• Practical tools to navigate workplace tension with greater confidence
Drawing from her experience as an ER nurse, healthcare leader, and leadership coach, Adrianna combines evidence-based practices with real-world applications that participants can immediately put to use.
