The Women’s Health & Leadership Summit is a dynamic educational experience designed to empower women through honest conversations, clinical insight, and practical strategies that support both personal well-being and professional growth. Bringing together healthcare leaders, clinical experts, and industry professionals from across healthcare and allied industries, the summit explores the realities women face across every stage of life—from early career development, motherhood, and caregiving to hormonal health, mental wellness, perimenopause, and menopause. Through inspiring leadership stories, evidence-based education, and interactive discussion, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, and societal challenges impacting women today while learning actionable approaches to build healthier lives, stronger leadership practices, and more supportive workplace cultures. Centered on resilience, advocacy, and redefining what sustainable success truly looks like, the summit creates space for women to lead, thrive, and navigate life transitions without apology.

By the end of this summit, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the interconnected impact of leadership demands, caregiving responsibilities, hormonal health, and mental wellness on women across different life stages.

• Identify how life transitions—including pregnancy, postpartum, caregiving, perimenopause, and menopause—can affect professional performance, emotional well-being, and overall health.

• Understand the relationship between hormone health, stress, burnout, sleep, anxiety, and cognitive function through evidence-based clinical insights.

• Examine how traditional workplace and leadership models may unintentionally contribute to burnout, inequity, and retention challenges for women professionals.

• Explore practical strategies for building healthier boundaries, improving self-advocacy, and supporting long-term personal and professional well-being.

• Apply actionable approaches to create more inclusive, human-centered workplace cultures that better support women in leadership and throughout major life transitions.

• Gain greater awareness of emerging innovations, treatment options, and multidisciplinary approaches that support women’s physical, emotional, and mental health across the lifespan.
