Many accomplished professionals quietly struggle with imposter syndrome—the feeling that they don’t belong, aren’t qualified enough, or will eventually be “found out.” Join us as Stephanie Olson shares insights and strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome and building greater confidence in your professional life.

By the end of this session, participants will create a personal self-advocacy blueprint featuring practical tools for setting boundaries, speaking up, pursuing opportunities, and confidently asking for what they need.
