Allyship Matters! When men lean into the roles of mentors and allies in the workplace, it creates an inclusive environment where both men and women can thrive. Join Women in Healthcare, National Capital Healthcare Executives (NCHE), VA-DC Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Diversity Works  to participate in a program with three leading health system executives, Dr. Steve Narang, Dr. Patrice Weiss and Ed Lovern to learn how male allies can foster supportive environments for women in healthcare.  We will discuss how each executive is holding their teams accountable to help reframe gender equity in healthcare.

This will be our annual members meeting for the Washington, DC Chapter of Women in Healthcare. We will ask all members of Women in Healthcare to stay on for the annual meeting at the end of the program.
